I offer counselling, psychotherapy and supervision from my practice in Aldershot, Hampshire. I also offer training and consultation to individuals and organisations. Everything I do can be offered in-person or via phone or video call.

I am keen to understand what you are looking for prior to our work together starting. Therefore, I offer a no-cost consultation for all enquiries to explore what your needs are and how I might be able to help.
