Andrew Smith - Aldershot Counselling and Psychotherapy
Supervision
For counsellors and psychotherapists, supervision is an essential aspect of the work that they do. While the word "supervision" can elicit feelings of being monitored and assessed, I see supervision as a collaborative process where we work together to ensure that your clients are getting the support they need, and you as well. My hope for the people that I supervise is that they feel comfortable enough to be honest, discuss the things that they may want to avoid, and trust in the process.
